General Information

Condition of Sale:

1. New Accounts: Please forward complete credit data with initial orders. We will need a minimum of three references from vendors. Credit may only be established after a complete reference check. This procedure may take a few weeks. The customer will be notified of the results.
2. There will be NO C.O.D. shipments made. New customers are encouraged to send a money order, certified check or wire transfer for immediate shipments.
3. We do not take credit cards at this time.

Ordering: Returns, changes or cancellations:

1. No merchandise will be accepted for exchange or credit.
2. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred on any order shipped prior to our receipt of a cancellation notice or order change.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Net 30 days on all open accounts.
2. Annual interest of 1.5% per month ill be charged on past due accounts.

Sample Orders:

Sample orders must be received on a company purchase order and accompanied by a check for the full amount of payment, including the shipping charges.

Shipping Information:

1. All shipments are and prices are quoted FOB: OUR WAREHOUSE, USA. Some direct or drop shipments will be made FOB: NEAREST PORT, China.
2. When a carrier signs for a shipment, the carrier becomes an agent of the consignee. Fun In Games relinquishes title to the merchandise at that time. All claims for damages must be filed with the freight company within 10 days of receipt of goods.

• 10,000 single decks (may split the designs into 2; 5,000 & 5,000)
• 100,000 chips (in as many combinations as needed) (i.e. 100; 500 pc sets & 250; 200 pc sets)
